ORIGINAL RUNNING WWII US ARMY 1944 WILLYS MB Military JEEP FORD GPW Marine Truck

For sale is an ORIGINAL 1944 Willys MB Jeep. Frame and Body are MATCHING NUMBERS (can provide better pictures of original ID tags upon request). Made on August 22, 1944. Engine is a CJ2A (rebuilt in 2017) almost identical to the original engine. It is running on a 6V system.

So engine runs great being that it was just rebuilt and accessories work such as lights and horn and some gauges (all work except speedo and fuel gauge). A great Jeep for the reenactor or WWII enthusiast, ready to drive around. Transmission is original wwii and works good. Has all new brake lines. The tub and frame are ORIGINAL and therefore it does not look perfect like a new tub would.

There is some rust underneath. Some of the hat channels have been repaired but some have not been. Frame is very solid and is safe to drive around whenever (no rot or heavy rust). Have never had any problems so have not done any repairs besides what the prior owner had already done. Tub has some dings, dents, scratches, etc.

It is missing back seat, gun rack, and fender blackout light. Not pictured but it does come with a canvas top. Binder with receipts of everything done to it by previous owner in the thousands of dollars. Jeep could use a repaint as there is some chipping in the paint in various places or it could be left as is to give it that "been there" look. Apparently Jeep was in Europe at some time.

There is a rebuild marking on the original radiator from London. I can look for that upon request. Overall, a great AFFORDABLE and ORIGINAL WWII Jeep. Can leave it as is and drive around or spend a few months to make it perfect!
