Willys MB CJ2A For Ford GPW Army Jeep G503 Carb. High Quality and Quality Guaranteed. Very accurate WWII 539S style. Correct for the L134 four cylinder Willys MB and Ford GPW WWII army jeeps. Also correct for the Willys CJ2A and CJ3A. Will also fit and work on the Willys M38 army jeep if you have modified your air intake system to accept a Carter WO carb. Correct for the Willys L134 Jeep engine. Not correct for the F134 engine or any other engine. Ask before purchasing if you have any questions. For over 30 years, new Carter WO carburetors have not been available. Most of the original Carter WO carbs are old and simply worn out after 70+ years. Rebuild kits are great but just don't always bring an old carb back to working condition. Suitable replacements (solex style) carbs have been the only choice but are not authentic replacements for the Carter WO. Now a top quality and accurate reproduction is available for your WWII army jeep or early civilian Willys jeep. Very accurate WWII style carburetor. You can see that these accurate reproduction carbs include the Carter WO stenciling on the top of the fuel bowl and 8 patent numbers on the side of the fuel bowl. The lower throttle body is correct WWII style.

The linkage is accurate and correct. The 539S tag is even installed. The differences in the Carter WO carbs used on the WWII jeeps and the CJ2A jeeps were extremely minor.

It takes an expert to even see the differences. The differences are things like the number of patent numbers stamped on the bowl and the design of some of the linkages.

None of these differences affect installation or performance of the carb. These reproduction carbs were made to satisfy the nitpicky WWII jeep collector but these carbs are 100% correct for the Willys CJ2A jeeps with zero modification needed. Some minor adjustments may be needed but this should be limited to the idle adjustment screw and the fuel mixture screw.

You do need to be sure your jeep engine is tuned up correctly including timing, points, plugs, etc. Remember a new carburetor will not fix other problems with your engine! Carb comes complete with the float setting gauge (Carter T109-80) and the metering rod setting gauge (Carter T109-26). Also included are 2 new mounting nuts and brass fuel line coupling.
