JEEP DOOR SAFETY STRAPS UNISSUED IN WRAPPER FORD GPW & WILLYS MB. Pair of original jeep safety door straps made of khaki color canvas. The hardware consists of olive drab painted mounting eyelets and "C" tips. One of the snap hooks is cast unpainted and the other is stamped olive drab. The buckles are both unpainted. One of the cloth keepers (or strap retaining loops) is missing from one of the straps. In overall very good unissued serviceable condition. One of the straps shows some light areas of rust oxidation to the snap hook and buckle.

As a result, the material under the hardware shows some staining (see close up photos). This set is recently out of an old estate and was still sealed (now opened) in the government waxed paper wrapper. The item "ORIGINAL WWII U.
