Possible Military WWII Jeep Weasel Jack MB GPW Willys Ford It is about 6.75 inches closed and 14.5 inches fully extended. The plate is 3.5 x 5 inches. This does not take a handle with a round bar. This looks like it takes a flat bar of some sort to make the ratchet the jack up and down.
