This is NOT just the switch, and NOT just the knob, this is the entire piece as it was boxed and supplied by the Ford Motor Company for the Government.

The entire switch is still encased in its original cosmoline Government wax wrapping, and has never been opened or disturbed. The original box showing the Ford Motor Company label is included. GPW L649A FORD MOTOR COMPANY. I do guarantee that this switch has the Ford Script "F" stamped on it and is 100% NOS and original. If you are trying to build and restore a GPW with original Part's then this is what you need. The part number on the box says GPWLI649A but I have found online that the part number for W.
