This Oil filter assembly comes with the clamps and will also include the original box which shows a part# ED201lL4910. This is NOS not a newly manufactured item. You may notice minor cosmetic conditions and imperfections, scuffs, these minor imperfections have been caused because of age, shelf wear, and simply from being moved in storage over the years.
