These were sealed inside the original packaging wrapped in cosmoline wax and inside of a moisture resistant package. One has been opened for the pictures used in this listing. These have been stored securely in a climate controlled area and have not been tested. Gauges may show light scuffs or imperfections due to their age. These have not been tested.
