October 1944 Ford GPW Jeep GPW222182. This October 1944 Ford GPW is ready to be fully restored or cleaned up mechanically restored and used as is. She is complete and unrestored. GPW222182 was built in October 1944 and served with the Australian military during WW2. Her original Australian Hood number is 161846 and her original USA Hood number from the factory is 20586473. She was delivered to NSW from the USA during WW2. She has her original body tub, Four combat rims. Correct original T84 Transmission, Correct transfer case and front/rear axles. Engine bay is complete, original starter and generator is present. The Engine is a 1941/2 Willys Americar engine which appears to have been replaced post war. The engine casting is 638632 and the head is a Wartime Willys MB head.

After Military service GPW222182 went to work on a property in NSW where she remained until I found her. She comes with her windscreen which is not shown in the pics.
